Employee benefit plans filing Schedule H (Form 5500) are generally required to have an annual audit of the financial statements by an independent qualified public accountant. If we perform recordkeeping services, we provide audit information that supports both a limited and a full scope audit.
Ther may be other situations for which you may need some financial information on the plan's investment options. This information is reflected under the Supplemental Information below.
